Cancellation, Substitution & Refunds
NRADAN, Inc. reserves the right to make changes in programs and speakers or to cancel programs if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Every effort will be made to contact each registrant if a program is not held for any reason. The NRADAN's liability is limited to the refund of the program fee.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of registration by the registrant can occur anytime prior to the event. Notice of cancellation should be sent via email. Cancellation fees will apply and will vary based on the date of the cancellation.
Refund of Fees Policy: A $30 cancellation fee will be assessed for any cancelled orders through May 31. This includes cancellation of on-campus lodging fees. No refunds will be made after May 31.
Refunds will not be issued where there is failure to comply with COVID-19 mitigation expectations.
Substitution Policy: Substitutions can be made at any time, please note, however, that awarded scholarship funds may not be transferable to substitute attendees and are not guaranteed. Substitutions should be provided at least one week prior to the program start, if at all possible.
Non-Attendance Policy: No refund is provided due to lack of attendance or participation. Access to the event app and recorded sessions will remain for all fully paid registrations. CEU/CEs will only be provided for sessions where attendance or participation can be verified.
Registrations can be processed up through June 20, increased rates may apply.

NRADAN, Inc. does not share or sell registrant and attendee information.
By registering for the event and providing your information, you agree to be contacted by NRADAN and it's event affiliates. You may unsubscribe from the NRADAN mailing list(s) at anytime. You cannot unsubscribe from communications specific to your event registration order or payment confirmations.
