NRADAN Member Attendee*

All rates are per person.

In-Person includes all meals and activities. Also includes access to the event app and CEUs for all sessions where attendance can be verified. Does NOT include on-campus lodging. On-campus lodging can be selected in the Additional Items section of the registration form.

Remote/Virtual/Recordings Only includes CEUs for all sessions where participation can be verified. Remote/Virtual registrants may participate in sessions in real-time and/or via on-demand recordings following the close of the in-person event.

**Group Rate applies only to two (2) or more individuals paid by the same organization and must be on the same order. Group rate can mix in-person and remote/virtual registrants. No scholarships or additional discounts will apply.

Student rate is available for any currently enrolled college level student.

The Daily Rate is an in-person only rate for the specific date selected during the registration process. This rate is not eligible for scholarship and no additional discounts will apply. Commuter attendees will have access to the event app, but CEUs will only be awarded for sessions attended in-person on the specific date selected during the registration process.

Non-Registrant In-Person Guest
All rates are per person.

The Non-Registrant Guest Rate is reserved for any individuals who will be with an Institute registrant and planning to participate in any meals or Institute activities they must be identified as a guest. If staying on campus, lodging must be purchased separately for all individuals staying on campus. No CEUs will be awarded for non-registrant guests.

Cancellation, Substitution & Refunds

NRADAN, Inc. reserves the right to make changes in programs and speakers or to cancel programs if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Every effort will be made to contact each registrant if a program is not held for any reason. The NRADAN's liability is limited to the refund of the program fee.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of registration by the registrant can occur anytime prior to the event. Notice of cancellation should be sent via email. Cancellation fees will apply and will vary based on the date of the cancellation.

Refund of Fees Policy: A $30 cancellation fee will be assessed for any cancelled orders through May 31. This includes cancellation of on-campus lodging fees. No refunds will be made after May 31. 
Refunds will not be issued where there is failure to comply with COVID-19 mitigation expectations. 

Substitution Policy: Substitutions can be made at any time, please note, however, that awarded scholarship funds may not be transferable to substitute attendees and are not guaranteed. Substitutions should be provided at least one week prior to the program start, if at all possible.

Non-Attendance Policy:  No refund is provided due to lack of attendance or participation. Access to the event app and recorded sessions will remain for all fully paid registrations. CEU/CEs will only be provided for sessions where attendance or participation can be verified.

Registrations can be processed up through June 20, increased rates may apply.
